THE LYVONNICA MCMILLIAN GREEN SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The mission of P.R.C.A. includes assisting parents in carrying out their God-given responsibility to guide their children to Christian maturity under biblical principles. The Lyvonnica McMillian Green (L.M.G.) application is available to families who are seeking additional tuition assistance.

Please follow the below instructions for your application:

THE PROCESS:

Note: New students must have an active application and be in the Admission Process while applying for aid. Families may apply for the

L.M.G. scholarship at the same time they are applying for admittance to P.R.C.A. Recipients of the L.M.G. Scholarship will be notified after a student has completed the Enrollment Process, including a Family Interview, and has been accepted.

Step #1:

Complete online enrollment for your child(ren). This includes payment of the enrollment and capital improvement fees.

Step #2:

Submit the Pastoral Reference Form- Parents must regularly attend and be a member of a local Christian, Trinitarian church. (If you have submitted this form on your application for this year, you do not need to submit it again.)

Step #5:

Apply or reapply for a Florida School Choice Scholarship (if eligible) www.stepupforstudents.org (Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO) or Florida Tax Credit Scholarship)

Applicants will receive an award notification from P.R.C.A. by email.

Award information will not be given by telephone.

Application Checklist:

1: Complete Enrollment. New students must apply, gain acceptance, and pay enrollment fees and capital improvement fees.

2: Submit the Pastoral Reference Form. Give the pastoral reference form to your pastor to be filled out and emailed to info@prcacademy.org. Applicants must be members and regular attendees of a Christian, Trinitarian Church.

3: Apply or reapply for a Florida School Choice Scholarship. www.stepupforstudents.org (Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO) or Florida Tax Credit Scholarship) Attach a copy of the award letter which can take 4-6 weeks to receive. (Enter n/a if your family is not eligible)

Financial Award Decision: The above checklist must be completed before applications will be reviewed. Notifications will be sent via email.

All payment arrangements (drafts or pay in full) must be set-up within 10 business days of award notification to claim the scholarship award. Failure to set up payment arrangements within 10 days will result in the forfeit of award monies. These funds will be made available to other families, and your scholarship will have to go through the committee review process a second time.
