Mrs. Early is the Director of Infection Prevention and Employee Health at North Okaloosa. She serves on the Infection Prevention and Employee Health advisory boards, where she has contributed to the development of system-wide standardized protocols and toolkits. Her dedication to the community is evidenced by her active participation in hospital-sponsored events such as the Community Health Fair, Boo Bash, and the Christmas Parade. She is deeply committed to her ministry through service, where she regularly volunteers in the nursery and seasonal choir events at her church. She is also honored to serve the Lord by preparing food for events, performing hospital visitations, and serving as both a camp counselor and a Vacation Bible School Teacher at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
