The Lion Ledger – October 2026

October is shaping up to be a busy and exciting month at Pleasant Ridge Christian Academy! 🍂🦁

The October 2026 edition of The Lion Ledger is here, and this month’s newsletter is filled with important dates, student celebrations, upcoming activities, and opportunities for our P.R.C.A. families to get involved.

We are especially excited to recognize our Students of the Month, Julius Troupe and Eleanor Bradley, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. These students are being celebrated for demonstrating Christlike character, leadership, diligence, and kindness. Congratulations!

Our Character Focus for October is Integrity—an important reminder for our students to choose honesty and do what is right, even when no one is watching.

This month, families will also want to keep an eye on several special events, including Picture Day, Red Ribbon Week, the Walton County Fair, the P.R.C.A. Fall Festival, 4-H activities, FFA events, cross country, and more.

We are also looking for volunteers to help represent P.R.C.A. during Walton County Fair Week, October 12–17. This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome families, share information about our school, and support our growing P.R.C.A. community.

Be sure to read through the full October edition of The Lion Ledger for dates, reminders, birthdays, FFA activities, and everything happening around campus this month.

Thank you to our P.R.C.A. families, faculty, staff, volunteers, and community partners for continuing to help our school grow and thrive.
