Pam Tedesco has dedicated thirty years to community, economic, and workforce development, as well as nonprofit organizational management, with the last twenty-six years spent in Northwest Florida. As President of The Arland Affiliation, Pam helps nonprofit organizations through comprehensive organizational reviews, Board retreats, strategic planning, and other administrative services. She is a parishioner at the Chapel at Crosspoint in Santa Rosa Beach. Pam holds several certifications, including IOM (Institute for Organizational Management), Certified Chamber Executive, and Certified Grant Management Specialist. These credentials reflect her extensive expertise in nonprofit operations, covering areas such as advocacy, client services, finance, legal issues, and human resources.
