Joshua Purvis is the senior pastor of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. He has been married to his wife, Ambraly, since 2008 and has two beautiful daughters; Brookelyn and Hannah. He has a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of South Alabama and a Masters in Pastoral Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Steve Spinks was born in Chautauqua County, NY and has lived in Fl since 1965. Steve and his Wife Lori moved to DFS, FL on Jan 1, 2001. Steve has been a member of PRBC since May of 2021 and a believer of Jesus since 1981. Steve is passionate about Christian education and is dedicated to the success of PRCA.  

Teresa Rutherford, a local resident to Defuniak Springs Fl, is an AF and Civil Service retiree. Teresa is a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, preschool Sunday School teacher and Nursery worker for 20 years. Teresa is currently serves as the Office Assistant at PRBC. 

Steven Harris is a current Deacon serving at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. 

Jenny Gomillion was born and raised in DeFuniak Springs and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She is married to Larry Gomillion with a son Grady Gomillion and wife, Naomi and son Bradley Gomillion and wife, Hannah. She is a vacation rental property manager and serves as the pianist for Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
