As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we ask all parents and guardians to review P.R.C.A.’s arrival, dismissal, and car line procedures. Following these guidelines will help us maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient process for every student and family.
Morning Drop-Off
Morning drop-off begins at 7:30 AM for all students. The tardy bell rings promptly at 8:00 AM.
Please allow enough time for your child to exit the vehicle and enter the school before the tardy bell.
Afternoon Pick-Up
2:45 PM — Elementary students
3:15 PM — Middle and high school students
Elementary students who have a middle or high school sibling may remain at school and be picked up with their sibling at 3:15 PM.
Please remember that no early check-outs will be permitted after 2:30 PM.
Car Line Safety Reminders
To help keep traffic moving safely and allow faculty and staff to identify the correct vehicles and students, please follow these guidelines:
Stay in the designated lanes. Please remain in a single, orderly line and do not pull around another vehicle unless directed by a faculty or staff member. Keeping vehicles in order allows staff to clearly identify which vehicle is next and call the correct student or students.
Pull all the way forward when directed. This allows additional vehicles to enter the loading area and helps reduce wait times.
Be patient and follow staff directions. Student safety is our highest priority, and we appreciate your cooperation throughout the process.
Watch carefully for students and families. Please remain alert for pedestrians throughout the parking and car line areas.
Do not use cell phones while in the car line. Staying focused and avoiding distractions helps protect our students, families, and staff.
Car Seat and Booster Seat Procedures
P.R.C.A. faculty and staff do not buckle students into car seats or booster seats during dismissal.
Students who are able should buckle themselves independently after entering the vehicle. Parents and guardians are encouraged to practice this skill with their children before the first day of school.
If your child needs assistance, please allow your child to enter the vehicle and then carefully pull out of the active car line and safely to the side. Once the vehicle is safely stopped, a parent or guardian may exit the vehicle and properly secure the child.
Parents and guardians are responsible for confirming that every child is properly buckled before leaving school grounds or entering the highway.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process for the entire P.R.C.A. family. Your patience, attentiveness, and cooperation make an important difference as we work together to protect our students.
