P.R.C.A. Staff Announcement - Director of Administration: Mrs. Allie Spiva

📣 P.R.C.A. is excited to announce the appointment of Mrs. Allie Spiva as our new Director of Administration!

Mrs. Spiva brings extensive experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and instructional coaching. Throughout her career, she has supported teachers and administrators through professional learning, curriculum design, and instructional leadership initiatives across K–12 settings.

In addition to her background in classroom teaching and school leadership, Mrs. Spiva is the Founding Director of Classical Conversations in Freeport, where she built and led a learning environment focused on academic excellence and purpose-filled education. Her work has deepened her appreciation for what families are truly seeking in education: not only strong academics, but an environment where children are known, nurtured, challenged, and guided with intention within a Christian community.

Mrs. Spiva shares:

“In the almost twenty years spent in the field of education, I have served in a wide range of roles, and across each of these roles, one thread has remained constant: I love helping educators grow, strengthening instruction, and creating systems that support meaningful student learning.”
